You've heard this mentioned time and time again, but what supplies do I need for a bed bath?
-bed pan. Ask first...
-new briefs (have these within arm's reach just in case)
-gloves, and several spare pairs of gloves . You don't want to leave the bedside several times cause you gotta change gloves.
-disposable wipes if available, or tissue paper
-towels for drying
-washcloths
-bath blanket
-wash basin
-soap
-pericare soap/protector
-pericare skin barrier
-lotion
-today's clothing. Give them a choice and have these laid out.
